DASHBOARD
A customized dashboard is essential for smooth and efficient work. It should be adaptable to different roles and applications within the organization. LINIO.IO provides users with the freedom to customize their dashboard, and this demo video showcases an example of a specific machine operator dashboard.
technical information wizard

The Technical Information Wizard (TIW) is a tool that helps users find technical information about a specific asset. It organizes the information in a user-friendly format, making it easily accessible. The TIW provides access to the asset’s failure log, related documents, graphical representation of spare parts, troubleshooting recommendations, electrical and control documents, and more. It utilizes photos and drawings to give a clear understanding of the asset’s functions and interventions. The relational database allows for seamless searching based on defined relations.

failure search MODULE

The Failure Search Module (FSM) assists technicians in identifying the cause of machine breakdowns. It follows the principle of ‘exclusion’ and is translated into Question-Test-Task (QTT) format. Technicians and machine operators collaborate closely, with operators initially attempting to solve the problem using QTTs outlined in blue. If needed, operators can request intervention from a technician who continues working based on the operator’s findings. QTTs can be filtered for targeted searches and have different states such as open, executed, and skipped. Various tools, including the Technical Information Wizard and Failure Search Module, can be used for support.

automatic tour module

The Automatic Tour Module creates maintenance tours based on predefined circuits and includes machine intervention points. These intervention points, such as grease, check, measure, clean, and test, are automatically included in the tour when they reach their trigger point (time, operating hours, etc.). The plan may change over time, so LINIO.IO generates a ‘Shopping List’ of supplies needed for the tour. Users can view the floor plan, access intervention point details, make reports, skip points, provide reasons for unfinished tasks, view photos, perform the tour in reverse order, and more.

By utilizing these features, LINIO.IO aims to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in maintenance operations, ensuring that assets are well-maintained and downtime is minimized.
